Advaya has a 24/7 on-site clinic and emergency response, ambulance access, emergency pull cords and an intercom in every apartment, and pharmacy access with medicine delivery and monitoring.
What types of apartments do you have?
There are two layouts: Apartment Type 01 with a private garden-view balcony, and Apartment Type 02 without a balcony. Both have anti-skid flooring, an accessible bathroom, a modular wheelchair-accessible kitchen and an emergency pull cord and intercom.
Is the community barrier-free?
Yes. Advaya is designed with step-free access, wide doorways and anti-skid flooring throughout.
What kind of food is served?
Meals follow pure Satvik menus curated by nutritionists and prepared fresh every day. Room service is available for convenience and comfort.

Absolutely. Families are always welcome, from weekend lunches to festive celebrations.
